From top to bottom all staff is exceptional. very good location.very accommodating on our requests.

washroom toilet had a slow water refill. Once used we had to wait fiver minutes for the next person to use it. We notified on the 2nd day of our stay to the staff and they said they know the issue and they will be fix that for all the washrooms in the coming week.food quality is not per standard as we noticed the rice grain were small and low quality where as the price of the food charged is quite high. There was a lot of black pepper used in the veg. fried rice and the same was for the salad. It must be due to change of chef as we had a better meal on the first day.

The location

Not clean enough and gave off a very cheap vibe, had great potential the rooms are big the furniture is new and trendy and the location is gorgeous, but they need to fix the bathrooms and, put the waiting staff in proper uniforms, clean the place better and also get new crockery.

The location, hotel terraces, lobby,and rooms were good. Spacious rooms scenic hotel.

The bed sheets, pillow covers etc were not too neat. We ordered Chinese food as per their menu at the restaurant, but it was not good at all. Their cook can't make Chinese dishes. This was the worst part since we paid a good amount for it which was not of value.

Amazing View, and Professional Staff

Everything was good but they need to fix Taps, showers, housekeeping to be improved.

It was truly amazing visiting this location right at the thrilling river bank. Green Terraces add more beauty to the terrain.

Spiders were found in the room.

The room charges of 18k on booking.com were too high as Compared to other available rooms and hotels there at kohala-muzaffarabad. I wasn't aware of it until we reach the destination.
